Returns and Exchange

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return or exchange your order, you can send us a request within 14 days from the date of purchase/delivery.

Return/Exchange requests must meet the below requirements:

• Your request period will expire after 14 days from the date of delivery on our site. 
• Your returned product should be returned in the same original protective packaging 

Please note that NOUSHA BEADS has the right to refuse accepting returned items if used and if without original packaging condition. 

Refund: 

A courier will collect the order from the customer and refund the money by cash if the returned order passes by our quality inspection. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping fees for both the initial direly and the subsequent pickup. 

Please note that it can take up to 15 days for us to receive your return and refund.
